Mission Statement: To provide quality hollow metal doors, frames, wood doors, and architectural hardware to the Chicagoland Commercial Building Community, in a timely fashion, at competitive prices, by serving our customers with a fully staffed, state of the art fabrication facility on site and to be a knowledgeable source for accurate information as it relates to the door and hardware industry.

Company Profile: Since 1974, J&L Doors has been providing quality Architectural Doors, Frames and Hardware to the Chicagoland Commercial Building Community. Our knowledgeable staff consists of Architectural Hardware Consultants (AHC's), recognized experts in all aspects of the door and hardware industry, sales, secretarial, and a fully staffed shop with delivery capabilities throughout the Chicago metropolitan area.

Since J&L's inception, growth has been steady and rapid. In 1977, J&L had it's first expansion, doubling warehouse, office space and staff in just three years. 1983 saw yet another growth, building a new facility housing more material and increasing capabilities for on site fabrication. Underwriter Laboratories certification for on site fabrication of fire rated doors and frames was achieved. By 1990, space was again required for yet another new facility with capacity to increase output of goods and services. In the fall of 2001 J&L completed its most aggressive growth in the form of their new 20,000 sq. foot facility in Tinley Park. This facility handles all of J&L's high volume of sales and fabrication.

J&L Doors is recognized as one of the premier independent distributors in the Chicagoland area, continually growing and receiving industry awards for excellence in sales, customer service and all around performance.
